I counsel adult individuals online in California like you who have endured trauma, depression and anxiety, and spiritual/religious trauma and abuse. I also support individuals suffering from chronic pain and illness, as well as caregivers of those with chronic pain and illness. Together through therapy, we get to forge the path you've been longing to take so you may become your fullest self, honoring every step as the pages of your story unfold.
Therapy Services

My fee is $200 for 50-minute sessions, and $300, or time and a half, for 90-minute sessions. I accept payment by debit or credit card, and HSA or FSA card via my online client portal.
Don't let my rate discourage you from contacting me! I've found that more often than not I'm able to come up with an acceptable arrangement with most people.
Even when this isn’t the case, I've been able to refer folks to therapists who may be able to accommodate your financial situation.
I do not accept insurance. However, if you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage, I can offer a receipt of services, called a super bill, for you to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement if applicable. If this is something you may be interested in, please call your insurance in advance to confirm that super bills can be accepted as it is different per plan.
My private pay model allows me to focus fully on your needs and provide you with my undivided attention and expertise, without the limitations of insurance. I strongly believe in the value of investing in your mental health, and my commitment to providing the highest quality of care is reflected in my full fee.
