Live fully.
Live freely.
I’m Aly, and I believe in the innate capacity for healing and growth within every individual
I counsel adults online in California like you who have spiritual abuse and religious trauma. Through narrative-focused attachment therapy and a holistic healing approach, I help individuals overcome the effects of trauma and mental health challenges. These effects can include depression, anxiety, anger, isolation, hopelessness, loss of motivation and energy, low self-esteem, irritability, feeling out of control, loneliness, chronic pain, loss of a sense of self, or difficulty trusting yourself and others.
Together through therapy, we get to forge the path you've been longing to take so you may restore your voice and become your fullest self, honoring every step as the pages of your story unfold.
Therapy Services
Working with me:
-
Weekly therapy for young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual abuse, or identity questions. This is a space to untangle what’s felt confusing or heavy, reconnect with your story, and move toward healing—at your pace.
-
A focused and immersive space for deep healing work. These one-, two-, or three-day intensives are designed for those wanting to move through a specific part of their story, trauma, or spiritual wounding with more time, depth, and care than weekly sessions can offer.
-
Gentle, trauma-informed care for the parts of your story that feel stuck, overwhelming, or hard to name. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, or relationship wounds, we’ll work together to bring healing, clarity, and support to your nervous system and your story.
-
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself lately, you’re not alone. I offer supportive, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, or burnout—so you can find clarity, relief, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self.
-
Support for those hurt by harmful theology, church communities, cults, or high-control faith systems. Whether you’re deconstructing, exploring your identity, or healing from deep shame, this is a space to untangle what’s been painful and reclaim what’s true for you.
-
Your story matters—and how you carry it shapes how you live. Through guided story work and narrative-focused care, we’ll explore the moments that formed you, the beliefs you’ve held, and the freedom available on the other side of being truly seen.
What I Can Help You Navigate
Therapy is a powerful tool for emotional well-being.
Benefits of working with me include:
-
Finally put words to the confusion or pain you've carried. Together, we’ll untangle your story so you can see it clearly and say, “Oh…that’s what was happening.”
-
Learn what it feels like to be safe in your own body. Many clients experience less anxiety, deeper rest, and a growing sense of calm as we build in tools of support. Through gentle somatic techniques and nervous system awareness, we work to shift how trauma lives in the body—creating space for more ease, connection, and safety from the inside out.
-
Explore how shame has taken root through toxic teachings or trauma—and begin replacing it with compassion, curiosity, and kindness.
-
Reconnect to your own voice, values, and desires—especially if you’ve felt like parts of you have had to stay hidden or small. This is a space to reclaim the truth of who you are.
-
You don’t have to live under fear or control anymore. You can live fully. You can live freely. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

My fee is $200 for 50-minute sessions, and $300, or time and a half, for 90-minute sessions. I accept payment by credit card via my online client portal.
Don't let my rate discourage you from contacting me! I've found that more often than not I'm able to come up with an acceptable arrangement with most people.
Even when this isn’t the case, I've been able to refer folks to therapists who may be able to accommodate your financial situation.
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage, I can offer a receipt of services, called a super bill, for you to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement if applicable. If this is something you may be interested in, please call your insurance in advance to confirm that super bills can be accepted as it is different per plan.
My private pay model allows me to focus fully on your needs and provide you with my undivided attention and expertise, without the limitations of insurance. I strongly believe in the value of investing in your mental health, and my commitment to providing the highest quality of care is reflected in my full fee. You can trust that you'll receive the best possible therapeutic experience with me.

During your free 15-minute video consultation, I will invite you to share more about yourself with me and the hopes you have for therapy. During this call, you will also have an opportunity to ask me questions about who I am as a therapist and what I offer so that you can get a better sense of whether I am the right therapist for you.
-
Following your consultation session, I will send you paperwork to fill out through my client portal. This will include basic information about you, current stressors, practices regarding your privacy, and informed consent. We will be able to discuss any questions you may have about the paperwork during your first session, as well as what you’ve been experiencing so that I will know how best to support you.
Therapy is a collaborative process that includes exploring your hopes and goals for our time together. During a 50-minute or 90-minute session, we may discuss your history, your relationships with others, or how you experience yourself and the world around you. We will discuss and practice tools that you can utilize outside of session.
-
Right now, I’m offering sessions on a weekly basis. I find that consistent, weekly support is especially helpful when beginning therapy or working through trauma and spiritual wounds. As we move forward in our work together, we can revisit whether a different pace—like meeting every other week—might be a good fit based on your needs and goals.
I see clients Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 5pm PST. Appointment times include 9:30am, 11am, 1pm, 2:30pm, and 4pm PST.
