Each session is tailored to your needs, story, and pace. Together, we’ll explore the parts of your life that feel painful, confusing, or disconnected, using a blend of:

  • Narrative-Focused Trauma Therapy (inspired by the Allender Center)

  • Attachment-Based Relational Work

  • Somatic Therapy to reconnect you with your body and nervous system

  • Psychoeducation to increase clarity, capacity, and emotional resilience

Fee Structure and Investment

  • 60-minute session: $200

  • 90-minute session: $300

Sessions are offered via a secure telehealth platform for adults located in California. At this time, I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance, though superbills can be provided for potential reimbursement at your request. If this is something you may be interested in, please call your insurance in advance to confirm that super bills can be accepted as it is different per plan.
