Story Work Coaching: Reclaiming Your Past to Rewrite Your Future
Story work coaching is designed to help you explore the defining stories of your life with curiosity, compassion, and care. This is not therapy—but a structured coaching process that invites reflection, integration, and identity restoration through guided narrative engagement.
What Is Story Work?
Story work is a guided process of exploring the formative experiences that have shaped who you are—especially the ones marked by harm, loss, or silence. Through reflection, curiosity, and compassion, story work helps you uncover the deeper narratives driving your thoughts, relationships, and sense of self.
Rooted in narrative-focused trauma care, story work coaching offers space to name what was never named, reclaim what was lost, and begin to live with more freedom, clarity, and connection.
This is healing through the lens of your story—and it’s how transformation begins.
You May Benefit from Story Work Coaching if You:
You want to explore key stories from childhood or past relationships
You’re seeking healing outside of a clinical therapy setting
You’ve done therapy before and want to go deeper with guided narrative work
You’re navigating a season of transition or identity formation
You want to integrate your personal history into your present with more clarity

What Story Work Coaching Can Help You With
Using a blend of narrative therapy, attachment-based care, and somatic healing, story work coaching helps you:
Naming what was lost, stolen, or silenced in your formative stories
Re-authoring harmful narratives shaped by shame, abandonment, or trauma
Gaining insight into your relational patterns and identity formation
Integrating spiritual and emotional themes in your healing journey
Why Story Work Matters
Our stories shape our identities, our relationships, and the beliefs we carry about ourselves. But when those stories are left unexplored—or are filled with shame, silence, or harm—they can quietly drive our lives in ways we don’t always see.
Story work coaching matters because it invites you to revisit your past with curiosity instead of judgment. In doing so, you begin to see yourself with more compassion, reclaim lost parts of who you are, and move forward with greater clarity and integrity.
This work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering, restoring, and reclaiming.
