  • Convenience meets comfort with my online therapy services, available throughout California. Whether you're in the hustle and bustle of the city or the peace of the Pacific coast, you can access therapy from the comfort of your own space. No need to worry about commuting or scheduling conflicts - I'm here to make therapy accessible and convenient for you.

  • My fee is $200 for 50-minute sessions, and $300, or time and a half, for 90-minute sessions. I accept payment by credit card via my online client portal.

Don't let my rate discourage you from contacting me! I've found that more often than not I'm able to come up with an acceptable arrangement with most people.

Even when this isn’t the case, I've been able to refer folks to therapists who may be able to accommodate your financial situation.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, if you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage, I can offer a receipt of services, called a super bill, for you to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement if applicable. If this is something you may be interested in, please call your insurance in advance to confirm that super bills can be accepted as it is different per plan.

My private pay model allows me to focus fully on your needs and provide you with my undivided attention and expertise, without the limitations of insurance. I strongly believe in the value of investing in your mental health, and my commitment to providing the highest quality of care is reflected in my full fee. You can trust that you'll receive the best possible therapeutic experience with me.

  • I work with young adult and adult individuals, 18 years and older.

  • During your free 20-minute consultation, I will invite you to share more about yourself with me and the hopes you have for therapy. During this call, you will also have an opportunity to ask me questions about who I am as a therapist and what I offer so that you can get a better sense of whether I am the right therapist for you.

  • Following your consultation session, I will send you paperwork to fill out through my client portal. This will include basic information about you, current stressors, practices regarding your privacy, and informed consent. We will be able to discuss any questions you may have about the paperwork during your first session, as well as what you’ve been experiencing so that I will know how best to support you.

Therapy is a collaborative process that includes exploring your hopes and goals for our time together. During a 50-minute or 90-minute session, we may discuss your history, your relationships with others, or how you experience yourself and the world around you. We will discuss and practice tools that you can utilize outside of session.

  • For most clients, I recommend weekly therapy appointments for the first three months. At the least, I recommend every other week appointments.
